Today's ride

70km Sunday ride with a coffee break in Svedala, how sweet life can be in November. Top picture is showing my riding buddy Peter on the outskirts of Bokskogen forest. As you can see, we mainly ride on small country roads with very few or sometimes even no cars whatsoever. There are a few short hills but most of the time it's man against wind... The picture below shows a short piece of Råvägen which is Raw Road in your language. Can anyone guess the wind direction? That's all for now, more later. Ciao!

Malmö is grey

My part of the world, the south of Sweden, is a terribly grey and cold place this time of the year. Doesn't stop us from riding our bikes though. The guy in the middle is Scott Hall and he claims he's from Philly. Can you verify? Will take more pictures from a ride so I can show you the scenery, it's actually quite beautiful. So long!

I think that Weaver is on to something! We should meet for the Giro d'Italia when it passes near us on October 22, 2010. And Fredo, it has been too long since you were last there. Angela is the chef now and the food has got better. Ivo is still entertaining at breakfast and the wine still goes down easily.

I was out today on my rather nice Wilier winter bike thinking how wonderful it would be to have some kind of forum where I can stay in touch with all the nice people I met in Borso del Grappa a few years ago. So I started this blog and I hope you feel free to contribute as much as you want. And remember, it's NOT all about the bike!
